Dacia Spring performance and range
The Dacia Spring is a town-focused model and the performance reflects that on the entry-level model.
The Dacia Spring 45 features a 44bhp electric motor, giving a 0-62mph time of 19 seconds and a top speed of 78mph - meaning it’s still capable of keeping up with traffic on the motorway if needed.
Those looking to venture out of town more often may want the Spring 65 with its 64bhp electric motor, reducing the 0-62mph sprint to 13.7 seconds.
All versions feature a 26.8kWh battery, which might sound small, but thanks to the Dacia Spring being so light it still manages a useful range of 137 miles according to WLTP testing. Dacia says this increases to up to 186 miles if you’re only driving in the city.
With rapid charging speeds of up to 34kW, the Dacia Spring will charge from 20-80% in around 45 minutes using a suitable charger, such as those on the .
