The Smart #3 range opens with the Pro trim, which comes with a basic battery that offers a range of up to 202 miles, so it鈥檚 only worth going for if you tend to do short journeys and can easily recharge. Regardless, standard kit is pretty good, with a panoramic glass roof, LED headlights and 130kW fast-charging.

Upgrading to the Pro+ trim brings a bigger, better battery that offers a range of up to 270 miles, but equipment is largely identical to the Pro. That means you get 19-inch alloy wheels, leather upholstery and loads of driver assistance technology.

Premium models see equipment upgraded, including privacy glass, an automatic parking system and seat upholstery that鈥檚 a leather and suede mix. You also get a heat pump, which helps improve range in cold conditions.

25th Anniversary Edition models get Brabus styling paired with the regular car鈥檚 less powerful electric motor. You also get the leather/suede seat upholstery, 19-inch alloy wheels, and a choice of two white paint jobs.

Brabus models get an extra electric motor that brings extra performance over regular models. These versions also get a sportier body style, larger 20-inch alloy wheels, and sport-style pedals. The front seats get ventilation as well as heating.
