Upcoming New Skoda Models: Elroq, Epiq, Vision 7S, and More (2025-2026)
May 16, 2025 by Jamie Edkins

Car changing is a big deal
Skoda has already launched the new Elroq electric SUV in 2025, and there鈥檚 plenty more to come from the brand over the next year or so. Here鈥檚 everything you need to know.
There鈥檚 one brand which stands out if you鈥檙e after a practical, comfortable and premium-feeling car, and that鈥檚 Skoda. From the dinky fabia to the massive Kodiaq, it just makes brilliant all-rounders to suit anyone鈥檚 needs.
And there are a few new and exciting models to come from Skoda over the next year or so. The main focus is on electric models, specifically SUVs. There鈥檚 a new entry-level EV to come, as well as a seven-seater flagship and a couple of sporty vRS models.
New Skoda Elroq vRS

Shortly after the launch of the new Skoda Elroq, an electric SUV which provides an alternative to the Renault Scenic, there鈥檚 now a hot vRS version for those who want a bit more performance.
It has a 340hp dual-motor setup, the same as you鈥檒l find in the Cupra Tavascan and the larger Enyaq vRS. It鈥檒l do 0-60mph in 5.4 seconds, more than a second quicker than the top-spec rear-wheel drive version. A more aggressive-looking bodykit helps visually separate this vRS from the standard Elroq.
New Skoda Enyaq vRS

As well as the Elroq vRS, the larger Skoda Enyaq vRS has also been given an update in line with the recent facelift for the standard car. It has a new face, a slightly different bodykit and some minor interior changes, but the mechanical bits are pretty much the same as before.
That means it has 340hp courtesy of two electric motors, and it鈥檒l do 0-60mph in 5.4 seconds. It鈥檒l also go a few miles further on a charge now, with a claimed range of 340 miles.
New Skoda Epiq

This is the new Skoda Epiq, and it鈥檒l be the brand鈥檚 smallest electric SUV when it goes on sale in 2026. It鈥檒l share a lot of parts with the Volkswagen ID2 concept, meaning it鈥檚 likely to have around 248 miles of range and a 226hp electric motor.
Unlike the Volkswagen, this isn鈥檛 a small hatchback. It鈥檚 a small SUV instead, a bit like the current petrol-powered Kamiq. Skoda is aiming for a price tag of around 拢22,000 for the Epiq, and a full reveal is expected in late 2025.
New Skoda Vision 7S concept

Skoda is also working on a seven-seat electric SUV which is bigger than the Enyaq, and it鈥檒l be based on the Vision 7S concept from 2023. It has similar, angular styling to the baby Epiq, and it鈥檚 fitted with an 89kWh battery which gives the concept 373 miles of range. Final stats for this car are yet to be confirmed though.
It鈥檚 the interior which really stands out though, because all seven seats can be configured in different ways. There鈥檚 a 鈥淩elax鈥 mode which reclines the seats and pushes the steering wheel away from you so you can have a cheeky nap, for example. A full reveal of the production car should come in 2026.
