New Audi Q3 and A7 coming this year: petrol-powered models to get a revamp

The new Audi A7 and Q3 have both been confirmed for 2025, with both petrol-powered models getting a total overhaul. The A7 will replace the current A6 in line with Audi鈥檚 new naming system, with even numbers being reserved for electric cars.
You can expect both cars to get a similar infotainment setup to the A5 and Q5 with huge panoramic screens, as well as a similar range of petrol and hybrid engines to those cars. The A7 is expected to go on sale first, closely followed by the Q3.
New Audi A7
You鈥檒l see the new Audi A7 hit the streets in 2025, and this replacement for the A6 will be available in both saloon and estate forms. Both cars have been spotted testing a couple of times, and the design looks like a modernised version of the outgoing car.
The hot RS7 has also been snapped out and about, and that car is expected to arrive at a later date with a V8 plug-in hybrid system. For now though, the A7 will be offered with a range of petrol and plug-in hybrid engines, the latter of which could do more than 70 miles on electric power alone.
New Audi Q3
The Q3 was one of Audi鈥檚 best-selling models in 2024, and the all-new model will be revealed this year. 莲花直播鈥檚 spy photographers have spitted this car testing a couple of times now, and it looks as though it鈥檒l get a similar look to the larger Q5.
Expect to see a similar cabin layout to that car鈥檚 as well, and the range of petrol engines is unlikely to change a great deal either. A choice of 1.5 and 2.0-litre units will probably be on offer, with Audi鈥檚 latest mild-hybrid tech boosting efficiency.
