The Renault Rafale comes really well-equipped as standard, with 20-inch alloy wheels, wireless phone charging and a twin-screen setup inside. You also get adaptive cruise control, front and rear parking sensors and a rear-view camera.

Upgrading to the Techno Esprit Alpine trim brings a different 20-inch alloy wheel design as well as Matrix LED headlights that adjust automatically to not dazzle oncoming drivers, and four-wheel steering for improved manoeuvrability. There's also Alcantara upholstery inside and a head-up display for the driver.

Top-spec Iconic Esprit Alpine models get a funky 'Solarbay' panoramic sunroof, which is a full-length glass roof that can switch between transparent and opaque at the touch of a button. This trim also adds an upgraded Harman Kardon sound system and a 360-degree parking camera.

As standard, the Atelier Alpine version of the Renault Rafale comes with a 12-speaker stereo, a 12.0-inch infotainment touchscreen, lane-keeping assistance, four-wheel steering, blind spot warning, rear cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, Matrix LED headlights, heated and electrically adjusted front seats, a heated windscreen, heated steering wheel, selectable driving modes, powered tailgate with hands-free, two-zone climate control, and two-tone paint.
