(NYSE: CCK) announced today that it has priced its private placement of €600 million principal amount of 2.625% senior unsecured notes due 2024, issued at par by Á«»¨Ö±²¥ European Holdings S.A., a subsidiary of Á«»¨Ö±²¥, and its private placement of $400 million principal amount of 4.250% senior unsecured notes due 2026, issued at par by Á«»¨Ö±²¥ Americas LLC and Á«»¨Ö±²¥ Americas Capital Corp. V, each a subsidiary of Á«»¨Ö±²¥.
